Going to offend so many people right now, get over it.
Among other celebrity deaths, Michael Jackson's has gotten the biggest amount of press. Which I agree with, only because most of it appears to be negative. No one would have cared if he died years ago when all the people accusing him of being a complete sicko. But when you die, everyone forgets all the shitty stuff you did, and your suddenly an angel.
I may be the only person I know who doesn't care who he was. I'm upset that someone died at such an early age, not because he was the King of Pop. Farrah Fawcett died, but she had lived her life, and we all knew her death was coming. No one really cares that she died, simple as that.
Let's revisit that idea of "you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone" No one thought of this, no one cared before. I bet a lot of people who had tickets to his show are pissed off, not upset. People don't care for him as a person, the don't like Micheal the human, they like Michael the musician, they don't like who he really was. I don't blame them on the account of all the legal trouble he was in for molestation.
I don't know if any of this accusations against him are true, no one ever will. No, he was not quite in his right mind, but he still was a regular person, who deserved a fair shot in everything. Yet, now, people appear to be upset, but I see hateful headlines, such as "Jackson had a drug addiction" "He overdosed on prescription drugs"
We should look at all sides of this, what could have caused a drug binge? Possibly the stress of the public and all the people who had nothing nice to say about him. People's thoughts and opinions are why people commit suicide. I'm not saying Michael did such thing, but if you were him, would you?
You'd get harassed by the public, watched at all times. Hell, I'd agree to have my children's faces covered if for something I did in the past was threatening them. The public eye doesn't make anyone's life easy, gossip is a bitch. We'll never know what happened to him, or why.
We'll never save the ones who died.
